Marti’s infectious energy for what she does has helped her influence the customer engagement and loyalty strategies of global brands, including the top credit card issuers, worldwide hoteliers, and national airlines. As President of Affinion Loyalty Group for more than a decade, Marti focused on redefining the company’s product strategy as well as its sales and marketing campaigns, effecting double digit revenue and EBITDA growth over the course of her leadership. As co-founder and CEO, she brings that same passion to PlanG, where her drive to actualize great ideas makes her a galvanizing leader and a powerful partner.

A meticulous and patient pathfinder, Heather directs each aspect of the PlanG experience to guide members from passion to action simply, directly, and smartly. Her penchant for product development was born during her tenure at Affinion Loyalty Group, a $1.3 billion customer engagement marketing company, where she developed product roadmaps for Fortune 100 companies. Now, as co-founder and EVP, she leads PlanG’s shared product and marketing strategy.
Melina has an uncanny ability to inspire others while motivating them to achieve real results. With more than 18 years of experience as a thought leader and strategist in the nonprofit industry, Melina Davis-Martin has based her career on thinking differently. Melina is a renowned expert in organizational management, fundraising, donor engagement, and corporate partnerships, lending her considerable talents over the years to names like United Way, American Lung Association, and the MS Society in partnership with top national and local brands – raising more than $100 million for health and human services over the span of her career. Melina is a co-founder and supports PlanG as an advisor with her expertise in nonprofit and passion for empowering people to support issues that matter to them.
As Chief Curator and Provocateur at Prophet, a strategic consultancy known for its innovative techniques, Andy has a reputation of being one of the most disruptive and effective advisors in the business. During the past two decades, Andy has served as an innovation driver for GE, General Mills, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and The United States Olympic Committee. He’s a bestselling author, a frequent guest on CNBC, and a visiting professor at Dartmouth, Duke, the Wharton School of Leadership, University of Richmond, and University of Michigan. But of all Andy’s roles, the one that most fulfills his own personal passions is that of a civic-minded community leader. An active supporter of initiatives like the Hyde School, HomeAgain, and ChildSavers and a member of KaBOOM!’s Board of Directors, Andy’s belief in the importance of giving back has made him PlanG’s most enthusiastic ambassador. Paul Hurlocker is the CTO and a founding employee of PlanG. Paul's unbounded curiosity draws him to seek the truth and utility of things that surround us all. He has applied this inherent trait to a 15-year career as a Programmer, Chief Architect and IT Leader with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to the Fortune 200. Before turning PlanG's vision into a practical, tangible reality, Paul was an early employee and leader at a noted technology consulting firm called Amentra which was subsequently acquired by Red Hat. Paul has led the establishment of Enterprise Architecture functions at both Affinion Group and LyondellBasell. PlanG provides Paul with the chance to apply his broad technical and leadership talents to improve the everyday philanthropy that supports millions of nonprofits, nationwide.
Hilary Cook is a leader known for rallying others to positive action around an issue or event. Whether that’s founding the Hokie Memorial Golf Tournament to garner support for Virginia Tech shooting victims or alumni support of her alma mater Sweet Briar College, Hilary is fierce in her pursuit of great. Professionally, she applied the same tireless enthusiasm to developing meaningful client relationships at Affinion Loyalty Group and SNL Financial. As PlanG’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Hilary combines a passion for service with her gift for forging relationships where everybody wins.
Kathryn treats each new marketing challenge as an adventure, planning out her approach with wit, verve, and gusto. Her well-earned reputation as a leader who’s able to drive results has paved the way for Kathryn to play a number of key roles on loyalty and marketing teams. After several years in sales and marketing, Kathryn became a lead resource for the development and implementation of one of the country’s top card issuer’s loyalty product. Kathryn left her next position as a highly valued product manager at Amazon.com to help target marketing possibilities for PlanG’s reimagined giving model as the Director of Product Marketing.
